Company History
Professional Insurance Agents was formed on the 20 January 1995 from a management buyout. All the existing brokers and staff involved with the old company's directors & officers and professional indemnity insurance department transferred to the new formation.
We have 8 brokers, totalling 90 years experience in the specific fields of directors & officers liability, prospectus covers, mergers & acquisitions, charities & trustees covers, residents association insurance and general commercial insurances.
There are, in fact, very few brokers who actually specialise in professional indemnity insurance, directors & officers insurance and intellectual property insurance, that can offer a personalised, dedicated broker service to clients with links to leading underwriters and insurers as well as the Lloyd's and London markets.
